SUNBEAM TAPIOCA 
1/4 c. quick-cooking tapioca
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple syrup
1/3 c. orange sections
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine tapioca, sugar, salt, pineapple syrup and water. Heat to boiling. Add orange and lemon juice. Cool. Add fruit. Pour into dessert dishes. Chill, serve with whipped cream. Serves 6.
