TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1 c. LaChoy soy sauce
1 c. citrus juice (any type you prefer)
1 tsp. ground ginger
Splash of A-1 sauce
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. spicy barbecue sauce (your favorite)
Garlic
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped

Mix well; simmer and cool. Use to marinate steaks or shish-ka-bob ingredients. Marinate meats overnight and baste during the cooking process.
