SALMON LOAF 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
16 oz. can salmon
2 c. cracker crumbs or Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned bread crumbs

Mix all above ingredients together except for cracker crumbs. Place in 6 x 8 inch pan. Top with crumbs. Double recipe for 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
