HOT BEEF DIP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Saute onions in butter. Add milk and cream cheese, stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
