WATERMELON SHERBET 
1 qt. lime sherbet
1 qt. pineapple sherbet
1 qt. raspberry sherbet
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

In cold plastic bowl mold lime sherbet in 1-inch layer. Follow with 1-inch layer of pineapple. Mix together chocolate chips and raspberry sherbet and fill in center. Refreeze until serving time. Invert bowl and cut into pieces as you would a watermelon.
