ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can heart of palms artichokes
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Drain and chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients well. Warm in oven or microwave. Serve with crackers or broken up Syrian bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
