CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 (5 oz.) bags puffed corn curls
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Bring butter, brown sugar and syrup to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and let stand for 1 minute. Mix gently. Pour over puffed corn which is in a larger roaster. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Store in air tight container.
