CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS 
1 cube butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light Karo corn syrup
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 qts. popped corn

In a heavy kettle combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir well and bring to boil over medium heat.

Stir in the condensed milk and simmer, stirring constantly until mixture forms a soft ball (234-238 degrees), when dropped into cold water.

Stir in vanilla. Pour over popped corn and mix well. Butter hands and shape into balls about 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Makes 15 popcorn balls. Great for Halloween.
