CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
6-8 qt. cooked popcorn
2 sticks butter
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Boil brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and soda to caramel mixture. Pour over cooked popcorn. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
