CREAMED PORK 
12 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 pt. half and half
1 med. green pepper
Pepper
1/8 c. garlic salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1 med. onion
Salt

Brown chops on both sides on high heat (don't burn). Remove chops leaving bits and pieces of meat in pan. Add water and butter. Saute pepper and onion in juice until soft. Add other ingredients until it starts to thicken. Put chops back in mixture and simmer approximately ten minutes.

Serves 6-8.
