TURKEY & PEAS CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. diced onion
3 c. cooked diced turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos, cut up
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. mustard

Hot cooked rice (white), I use minute. In a glass 2 quart casserole. Melt butter for 1 minute. Add onion, cook on high 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well and cover. Cook on reheat 12 minutes. Stir once during the cooking. Serve over hot cooked rice.
