1/2 of lg. bag frozen tater tots
1 (8 oz.) bag frozen peas
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and drain. Layer in baking dish first the frozen tater tots, then the cooked meat, frozen peas, soup and cheese. Bake in covered dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
