UNCLE BEN'S® WILD NEW STUFFING 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. hot water
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos, drained
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing

Cook UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice as directed on package. Meanwhile, saute celery and mushrooms in butter 2 minutes; add herb stuffing mix with hot water. Add pimientos and parsley; mix well. Use to stuff any fowl or use as side dish.
