UNCLE BEN'S® ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 box of UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice, original
4 deboned chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Mix dry rice, herbs in butter baking dish. Add 2 cups of water and soup to rice. Place chicken on top. Melt butter and mix with marmalade and spread on chicken. Bake 325 degrees.
