UNCLE BEN'S® CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice mix
1 can French cut green beans (drained)
1 can celery soup
1 lg. can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1/4-3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced pimentos
1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted (divided)
2 c. cooked diced chicken

Cook rice as directed. Add other ingredients except 1/2 of almonds and mix. Bake in 8x10 baking dish and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
