SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick mix

Grate cheese and knead into raw sausage. After it is completely mixed, add Bisquick mix and knead until dough. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and done. They can be rolled and placed in the freezer and baked at a later time. Great snacks for kids.
