Make a rich white sauce. In top of double boiler or heavy saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Add 4 tablespoons flour and blend in well with wire whisk. Gradually add 1 pint light cream stirring constantly until thickened. Set aside.
In a heavy corning dish or casserole melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add lobster cut in bite-size pieces 1/4-1/2 pound medium shrimp cut in half, 1/4-1/2 pound crabmeat. Let simmer 1 minute. Add 1/4-1/2 cup Christian Brothers brandy. Simmer 2 more minutes. Fold in white sauce very carefully. May need a bit more heating, slow. Fill patty shells or toast points. Enjoy.
