SCOTCH - ER - ROOS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Rice Krispies

FROSTING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. butter

Boil sugar and syrup until clear. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over Krispies and mix. Put in 9 x 9 inch slightly greased pan. Frost.
