5 hard cooked eggs
2 (3 oz.) cans potted meat
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
12 white bread slices
Lettuce

Mash eggs, mix with potted meat, mayonnaise, relish and onion. Chill if desired. Spread onto bread slices, top with lettuce and remaining bread slices.
