3 eggs
1 pt. milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. chocolate (cocoa)
4 tbsp. flour

Scald milk and chocolate until chocolate is dissolved. (Use double boiler.) Cream sugar and egg yolks. Add flour. Pour into boiling milk slowly and cook until thickened. Flavor with vanilla. Bake crust and pour filling into crust. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Cover pie with meringue. Brown in oven.
