CHEESE AND GARLIC POTATOES 
1 lb. butter
2 packs Good Seasoning Salad Dressing (cheese and garlic)
5 lbs. potatoes
2 tbsp. oregano

Wash and cut potatoes into medium size pieces. Boil until almost tender. Drain potatoes, good. Melt 1 pound butter on low heat and keep warm adding 2 packets of Good Seasoning cheese and garlic dry dressing. Mix thoroughly and then add 2 tablespoons oregano and mix. Add all of this to cooked and drained pot. Mix thoroughly and serve or warm in oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
