BACON & CHEESE ROLLS 
1/2 lb. bacon
20 slices thinly sliced bread (very fresh)
butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. minced parsley
Paprika

Cook bacon until very crisp. Drain and crumble into small bits. Cut crusts from bread and butter. Sprinkle bacon down the middle of the bread. Put Parmesan cheese and parsley on top of the bacon, sprinkle paprika on top. Roll each slice up tightly and secure with a toothpick. Broil until lightly browned.
