BACON SHRIMP ROLLS
Delicious!

2 cans refrigerator Crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 bunch chopped scallions (ends and all, chopped well)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. sliced bacon
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained well (or equivalent fresh shrimp cooked and finely chopped)

In a bowl, soften cream cheese, in a bowl. Once softened add chopped scallions, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and shrimp. Combine well.

Remove Crescents from the package, unroll to form a triangle. Cut that triangle in half length wise. Fill triangle with 1/2 teaspoon full of mixture, roll starting from the longer end forward. Shape Crescent to curve. Fill all remaining crescent rolls.

Cut the pound of bacon in half length wise. Roll each Crescent with a piece of bacon.

Grease a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 375°F until the bacon is crisp and the Crescent rolls are golden in color, about 35 minutes.

Enjoy!

Note: You can add whatever seafood you would like, or none at all. I have also tried this with smoked salmon, also delicious.
