BURRITO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
14 oz. chopped green chiles
1/2 c. taco sauce
Lettuce, shredded
Sour cream
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 sm. onion
1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Tomatoes
Black olives (optional)

Heat oil in skillet. Fry tortillas in hot oil for 15-20 seconds on each side until lightly browned, then set aside. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in beans, chiles and taco sauce.

In a 9-inch pie pan, layer tortilla, bean mixture, and cheese, continue layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and black olives.
