BURRITO PIE 
1/4 c. salad oil
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
Garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. taco sauce
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Fry tortillas in salad oil, one at a time, for about 30 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. Cook beef, onion and garlic salt until meat is browned; drain. Stir in chilies, beans and taco sauce. In a 9 inch pie plate, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, beginning and ending with tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees just until cheese melts.
