COWTOWN BURRITOS 
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
10" soft flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Shredded med. longhorn Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Picante sauce
Chopped onions, optional
Sour cream, optional
Black olives, sliced, optional

Brown meat and drain grease. To further reduce fat rinse meat in hot water. Add refried beans and 1/4 cup picante sauce. Mixture should be smooth but not runny. Place desired amount of cheese in a line in the center of tortilla. Add about 1 mounded soup spoon of meat and bean mixture (or more if you like). Add lettuce, tomatoes and picante sauce. As desired. To roll burrito, fold one side over filling, parallel to filling. Fold up bottom then fold over other side. Turn it over on plate and it holds itself together. Fork optional.
