INEXPENSIVE AND EASY LASAGNA 
1/4 - 1/2 lb. chopped meat
2 tbsp. oil
12 oz. container sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated

SEASONINGS:

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Oregano
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Saute meat in oil and season generously. Add meat to favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce (about 26 ounce).

Cook 1/2 pound package of lasagna noodles (about 10 noodles) according to package directions.

Line bottom of 8x12 inch baking pan with sauce.

Layer:

1/2 lasagna noodles, overlapping

1/2 container cottage cheese

1/2 sauce

1/2 cheese

Repeat layer, finishing with Mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
