MOM'S LAZY LASAGNA 
2 c. tomato-meat sauce, prepared
1 lb. rigatoni or similar macaroni
1 lb. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Boil macaroni and drain. Mix together ricotta, eggs, seasonings and macaroni. Mix well. Spoon enough sauce in 9 x 13 inch baking dish to cover bottom. Pour in macaroni mixture. Cover with rest of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
