LOW-FAT LASAGNA 
8 lasagna noodles
Low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated

SAUCE:

1 or 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

FILLING:

3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 carton Egg Beaters
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles as directed on box. Put 4 noodles on bottom of baking dish. Brown hamburger meat. Mix all ingredients of sauce and put half of sauce on top of noodles. Then mix filling and put on top of sauce. Put 4 noodles and remainder of sauce on top. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.

This is the first lasagna dish that I could find that makes low calorie. I never thought of 8 noodles. They always have recipes online with eggplant and other stuff. I like the noodles and 8 or even 6 noodles aren't that high in calories. Anyway I like the recipes and will try it very soon..
