LOW-FAT MANICOTTI 
1 box Manicotti
1 c. finely grated Mozzarella cheese
1 3/4 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. fine Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce
1 can reg. tomato sauce

Cook manicotti until almost done, drain. Mix next 5 ingredients together. Stuff manicotti. Place in a baking dish. Mix together tomato sauces; pour over manicotti. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
