WILD RICE HOTDISH | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt & pepper to taste Brown hamburger and celery. Parboil rice until almost tender. Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If it gets too thick, add a small amount of water. Freezes well. |
