1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 tsp. parsley
Dash of curry powder
6-8 pieces of boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Grease casserole. Mix first 6 ingredients and place chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix, cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Do not peek!
