1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. rolled oats
2/3 c. wheat bran
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
2 egg whites
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dried apricots (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. soft style cream cheese or peanut butter
