VEAL SUPREME 
1 1/2 lbs. veal, cut up
1 stalk celery
1 can mushrooms with liquid
3 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 - 2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. almonds

Brown celery in shortening. Add veal and brown. Sprinkle with small amount of flour, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms (with liquid), soup and water. Mix and simmer 45 minutes. Put in casserole, cover with noodles and top with almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
