SKILLET MEAL 
1 lg. potato
1 lg. carrot
1/2 med. head of cabbage
1 lg. onion
5 lg. celery stalks
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 med. green pepper
1 (No. 2) can of tomatoes
1 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper

Grate potato, carrot and cabbage. Chop onion, celery, green pepper and parsley. Place vegetables in skillet and barely cover with water. Cook over low heat. Brown hamburger. Mix vegetables and meat. Add tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until all vegetables are tender.
