1 turkey Salt (as much as you want) Pepper (as much as you want) Cajun seasoning (as much as you want) Lots of oil (about 5 gallons) Propane cooker with large pot and basket Thermometer Heat oil to 350 degrees. Season turkey with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning inside and out. Place turkey in basket and put it in the oil. Make sure that the oil maintains 350 degrees, then cook the turkey for approximately 5 minutes per pound. Then pull the turkey out and start eatin'. |
