1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 pkg. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef; drain off grease. Mix taco seasoning to beef, following directions on mix. Add corn to seasoned beef.

Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on box. Spoon beef into the middle of an 8-inch square pan. Spoon corn muffin mix around edges of pan. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
