1 c. oatmeal 2 c. boiling water 3 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed 1 tbsp. white sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 pkgs. yeast, softened in 1/3 c. warm water 5 c. flour Cook first 3 ingredients and let cool until lukewarm. Add sugars, salt and yeast. Add and knead in flour. Let rise and form into rolls. Let rise again and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350. |
