NO-BAKE FRUIT PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. orange or grapefruit juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 c. fresh/canned fruit
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust

In a saucepan mix sugar, orange (or grapefruit) juice and cornstarch. Stir constantly and boil one minute.

Remove from heat. Add lemon juice. Set aside to cool completely.

Fold in fruit and turn into crust.

Chill 4 hours. Serves 6.
