BAKED CHICKEN DISH 
3 chicken breast (boil remove bone)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Blend soup and sour cream. Stir chicken into it. Crumble up 1 cup crackers and sprinkle on top, dot with butter. Cook uncovered 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve plain or with rice cooked in the chicken broth.
