LENTIL SOUP 
7 1/2 c. water
1 lg. clove garlic
1 lg. chopped onion
2 lg. chopped carrots
2 stalks chopped celery
2 c. lentils
2 bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil

Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 60 minutes. If soup seems too thick, add more water.
