BEER BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1 can beer
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, chopped fine
4 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Boil gently and stir often to consistency of barbecue sauce.
