BEER BALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. brooks catsup
1 can beer
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pkg. Willemans chili mix

Mix all above except hamburger. Bring sauce to boil and simmer 1 hour. While liquid is simmering make balls of hamburger. Place balls in oven 300 degrees on cookie sheet. Brown and drain on paper towels, drop in sauce and simmer 1 hour. Can freeze these ahead of time.
