CRISPY CHEDDAR WAFERS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. crisp rice cereal

Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add combined flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Stir in cheese and cereal. Shape level measuring tablespoon of dough into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
