PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 sm. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Then sift and add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. If desired, add 3/4 cup raisins and 1/2 cup nuts.

Pour into well greased 10 x 15 x 1 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Confectioners sugar
