ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
Butter Salt & pepper Water Zucchini squash Hamburger 1 med. sized onion Cracker crumbs 1/2 stick butter, melted Cook zucchini in a small amount of water until tender. Season well with butter, salt and pepper. Cook for several minutes, cooking seasonings well into the zucchini as well as cooking out water. Fry 2 or 3 crumbled hamburger with a medium sized onion. Combine with zucchini in a casserole. Top with a topping made by tossing chunks of crackers with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
