COCKTAIL PARTY BALL 
1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley

Bring cheeses to room temperature. Place in electric mixer and blend well. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Shape into a ball, wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Just before serving, combine pecans and parsley. Roll ball in mixture. Serve with crackers.
