TUNA PARTY BALL 
2 cans tuna
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
Bacon bits
1/2 c. pecans
3 tbsp. parsley

Drain and flake tuna. Combine it with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and bacon. Mix well. Chill several hours. Combine pecans, parsley, and bacon bits. Shape tuna mixture into a ball. Roll ball into nut mixture, chill well. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving.
