BEEFY PARTY CHEESE BALL 
3 pkgs. beef or 9 oz. roast beef
3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. onion, finely diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
Few dashes Tabasco sauce

Set out cream cheese until softened. Shred beef in blender or food processor, reserve 3/4 cup. Set in refrigerator covered. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl with hand mixer. Place in refrigerator until stiffened. Form into ball, roll in reserved beef. Serve with crackers, Triscuits.
