FLUFFY NUT CAKE 
6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
1 c. cake flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. water
Vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff. Boil sugar and water until it threads. Add to beaten egg whites. Add salt. Beat yolks and add. Sift flour once and add. Add nuts. Bake in angel food tin at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
